Maj. (ret) Paul von Hacker is the Founder and President of Precision Engagement Firearms. He retired from the US Air Force in 2009. He served in Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. He is a certified Gunsmith, NRA-Certified Rifle/ Shotgun/Pistol instructor, and Certified Duracoat Finisher.
